By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Commitment
By signing up, you are committing to the full duration of the coaching container as outlined at the time of enrollment (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or custom package). This ensures the consistency, energy, and full experience required for transformation.

2. Payment Obligation
You agree to honor the full payment plan selected at the time of enrollment, whether paid in full or through monthly installments. All payments are non-refundable and must be completed in full, regardless of participation, attendance, or personal circumstances.

3. No Cancellations or Early Termination
Due to the nature of group coaching and digital program access, early termination of the contract is not permitted. You are expected to fulfill the full duration of your coaching commitment.

4. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Please ensure this program is aligned with your needs, goals, and commitment level before enrolling.

5. Respect & Community Conduct
You agree to engage in this program with respect, integrity, and kindness toward fellow participants and the facilitator. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All materials shared during this program—including trainings, workbooks, and group discussions—are for your personal use only and may not be distributed or repurposed without written consent. You also agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants.

7. Results Disclaimer
This program offers guidance, strategy, and support—but your results depend on your personal effort, implementation, and alignment. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
