TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Sacred Reset Retreat

By purchasing and attending The Sacred Reset Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your registration.

1. RETREAT PAYMENT POLICY

All payments made toward The Sacred Reset Retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the limited number of spaces available and the planning required for accommodations, meals, and retreat experiences, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or injury

  • Travel delays

  • Personal emergencies

  • Change of mind

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments on time, regardless of attendance.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the retreat experience and any future retreat opportunities.

2. PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Ashley Starnino Coaching to charge the payment method provided according to the agreed schedule.

Missed or failed payments must be resolved within 7 days.

If payments remain unpaid, your retreat spot may be forfeited without refund of previous payments made.

3. TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to and from Tremblant is not included unless otherwise stated.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation, travel insurance, and any additional personal expenses outside of what is listed on the sales page.

4. HEALTH & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Sacred Reset Retreat includes gentle movement, mobility, embodiment practices, meditation, wellness activities, and group experiences.

By attending, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in all retreat activities and take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during the retreat.

You understand that Ashley Starnino and Laurence Bérubé are not medical professionals, therapists, psychologists, or healthcare providers, and the retreat is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care.

Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns regarding participation.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending the retreat, you release Ashley Starnino, Laurence Bérubé, affiliates, contractors, venue owners, and retreat partners from any liability related to:

  • Injuries

  • Illness

  • Accidents

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

  • Emotional distress

  • Travel interruptions

  • Any unforeseen circumstances occurring before, during, or after the retreat

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

6. RETREAT EXPERIENCE & GROUP ENVIRONMENT

The Sacred Reset Retreat is designed to create a respectful, supportive, and safe environment for all participants.

Any behavior considered disruptive, aggressive, inappropriate, harmful, or disrespectful toward hosts, staff, property, or other guests may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

7. MEDIA RELEASE

Photos, videos, and content may be captured during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending, you grant permission for Ashley Starnino Coaching to use images, videos, or recordings that may include you unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the retreat begins.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Ashley Starnino Coaching reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, venue issues, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of cancellation by the hosts, participants may receive a credit or transfer option at the discretion of Ashley Starnino Coaching.

9. AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
