By registering for the The Sacred Reset Retreat, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Retreat Overview

The The Sacred Reset Retreat is an in-person experience designed to support women in identity expansion, leadership, personal development, and business growth through coaching, immersive activities, and group experiences.

The retreat may include:

• Group coaching sessions

• Workshops and discussions

• Personal development exercises

• Group connection activities

• Meals and curated experiences (as outlined in the retreat details)

The retreat schedule, activities, and experiences may be adjusted if necessary to best support the participants and the overall retreat experience.

2. Payment Terms

Participants must pay the full retreat investment or follow the selected payment plan to reserve their spot.

If a payment plan is selected:

• Payments will be automatically charged on the agreed schedule.

• Participants remain responsible for completing all payments regardless of attendance or participation.

Failure to complete payments may result in loss of the reserved retreat spot and access to retreat materials.

3. No Refund Policy

All retreat payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of retreat planning, venue reservations, accommodations, and preparation costs, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Personal circumstances

• Travel issues or delays

• Illness or emergencies

Participants may request to transfer their spot to another participant with written approval from the retreat host.

4. Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:

• Transportation

• Flights or travel arrangements

• Travel insurance

• Personal expenses outside the retreat inclusions

Ashley Starnino and the Magnetic Woman Retreat are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions.

5. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own health, well-being, and participation during the retreat.

By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge that they voluntarily participate in all retreat activities and accept full responsibility for their experience.

6. Liability Waiver

Ashley Starnino and the Magnetic Woman Retreat are not liable for:

• Personal injury

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Travel disruptions

• Any incidents occurring during the retreat outside the host’s control

Participants agree to release the retreat host from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Participant Conduct

The Magnetic Woman Retreat is intended to be a respectful, supportive environment.

Participants agree to:

• Treat other participants with respect

• Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the retreat

• Respect the privacy of other attendees

The retreat host reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience of the group. Removal from the retreat does not entitle the participant to a refund.

8. Media Release

Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional or marketing purposes.

By attending the retreat, participants grant permission for their image or likeness to be used in retreat-related marketing materials unless they request otherwise in writing prior to the retreat.

9. Retreat Modifications

Ashley Starnino reserves the right to modify retreat schedules, activities, speakers, or experiences if necessary due to circumstances beyond control or to improve the participant experience.

10. Agreement

By registering for the The Sacred Reset Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
