Terms & Conditions – Telegram Coaching

By enrolling in this Telegram-based coaching container, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Access
This program is delivered exclusively via Telegram (voice notes + text). Coaching support is available Monday to Thursday, between 9 AM – 4 PM EST. Responses will be thoughtful and personalized, typically within a few hours, but may not be immediate.

2. Program Duration
Access to Telegram coaching is provided for the duration outlined at the time of purchase (e.g., 1 week, 30 days, etc.). No extensions or pauses will be granted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Obligation
You agree to honor the full payment plan selected at the time of enrollment. All payments are non-refundable and must be completed in full, regardless of usage or engagement.

4. Boundaries & Communication
This is a high-level coaching container, not a 24/7 messaging service. Please keep messages clear, intentional, and respectful of the container’s purpose. Voice notes are welcome and encouraged.

5. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes early exits, lack of participation, or changes in personal circumstances.

6. Respect & Conduct
Mutual respect is required at all times. Any harmful, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the container without refund.

7. Results Disclaimer
While this container is designed to support your personal and/or business growth, results are not guaranteed and will depend on your individual commitment, action, and alignment.
